All provisions of the Contract Documents shall remain in full force and effect except as modified by this
Addendum.
CLARIFICATIONS / RESPONSES
1. Project Manual – Updated and reissued in its entirety.
The Project Manual, dated July 27, 2026, has been revised and reissued to remove all Minority and
Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation requirements and associated forms. These revisions
have been made to reflect current North Carolina public contracting requirements and the Owner's
procurement requirements for this project.
