Duck Island Gazebo Reconstruction

Alterations and repairs to the existing gazebo on Duck Island, a historic site, consistent with the secretary of the interior's standards. The project includes but is not limited to selective demolition, hazardous materials abatement, copper roof replacement, repairs to the gazebo structure, historic flagstone and mortar, wood trim, wood soffits, and ramp handrails, new pre-cast drainage basins and dry wells, new light fixtures including a new light pole, new electrical load center and underground electrical service. The project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts including General and Electrical Construction Contract Work.
