Duck CT Phase 2

Duck CT Phase 2 is designed to transform an already beautiful pocket park into a true neighborhood gem through thoughtful, useful enhancements. By adding amenities that increase usability, accessibility, and overall beautification—such as ADA-friendly sidewalks, on street parking, benches, pergolas, and a multi-tier water fountain—the project encourages more residents to embrace the concept of a well-designed HPPS. Ultimately, this initiative exemplifies what an elevated pocket park can be and makes significant progress toward our goal of ensuring every resident has a park within walking or biking distance.
