INVITATION FOR BIDS

Project Name: Dublin Irish Festival Shuttle/Transportation Contract

The City of Dublin Ohio will receive bids for the materials and labor necessary for the Dublin Irish

Festival Shuttle/Transportation Contract. Bids shall be received in PDF form by email to Trish Lackey

at tlackey@dublin.oh.us until 11:00 A.M. local time on Monday, March 4, 2024. Bid documents will not

be available until 8:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid—and bidders shall hold bids open—until sixty days

after the bid opening. The work for which bids are invited consists of: Provide shuttles and shuttle

services for patron and volunteers as determined by the City of Dublin for the Dublin Irish Festival.

The cost estimate for the Project is not to exceed $84,000.00.

Documents are available online at www.bidexpress.com at no charge. By downloading these free

attachments, you will automatically receive any modifications made to the project.

Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons

interested therein. The owner intends to be available for the service dates of August 2, 3, and 4, 2024.

As a bidder, please submit your proposal in PDF form via email to Trish Lackey at tlackey@dublin.oh.us.

Please include BID DOCUMENTS in the Subject line of the email. No bids will be open until the Bid

opening date and time.

All vendors and sub-vendors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio

products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project.

The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or

irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion,

offers the lowest and best bid.

Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated

against based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
