Dual Dash Camera Virtual Road Test System

The purpose of this electronic Request for Quote (eRFQ) is for the State Entity to establish a contract with a single qualified Offeror who will provide The Georgia Department of Driver Services a Dual Dash Camera Virtual Road Test Systems.  The dual cameras (front and rear facing views) must be contained in a single integrated unit and be portable as described in the eRFQ requirements document.

Responding suppliers must meet or exceed the specifications described in the attachments within this Event.

It is the bidder's responsibility to review this eRFQ on a regular basis during the solicitation period for answers to related questions submitted and for any addenda that may be posted.

From the issue date of the Event document and until a Vendor is selected and the selection is made public, vendors are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any State staff except through the Issuing Officer named in the Event document, or as provided for in existing contracts. For violation of this provision, the State may reject any bid/proposal of the offending bidder/offeror or initiate suspension/debarment proceeding with respect to the offending supplier or bidder/offeror.
