DTRA Signals and Electronics Analysis Kit

This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This notice is for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, and in no way obligates the United States Government to issue a solicitation or otherwise make a contract award. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking eligible vendors who are able to provide the TTK – Tactical TSCM Kit by Research Electronics International, LLC (REI) or offer a comparable product that meets the requirements specified in this RFI to include:

• Highly Portable Enhanced Radio Frequency Spectrum Analyzer


• Portable Near-field Detection Receiver


• Handheld Non-Linear Junction Detector


• Portable High Gain Audio Amplifier

All of the items listed above must fit into one portable, hard-sided Pelican or similar case. The size of the case must not exceed 22x14x9in and weigh no more than 30lbs, inclusive of all kit items.

The U.S. Government invites sources to respond to this RFI that have the capability to meet these parameters and would have an interest in providing a quote if/when a solicitation is posted. All information submitted in response to this notice is strictly voluntary and in no way obligates the U.S. Government to a monetary compensation or otherwise to make a contract award.

Responses shall be limited to five (5) 8x11 pages and shall:

• Confirm source’s ability and interest to meet the requirements provided


• Specifications for items to be procured


• Source’s socio-economic categories and CAGE
