Description

This is a design-build project for the demolition of Dorm 631. Work under the design portion of this project shall include providing two (2) 10% conceptual drawings to show the intent of the project, then using these drawings to provide a 100% construction drawing in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Construction work under this project may include but is not limited to demolishing the building complete with footings, foundation, site utilities, AT wall and berm, grading, sodding and extending irrigation to the disturbed areas in accordance with the statement of work and the specifications.
