DSA Inspection Services- Inspector of Record

Project Description: The Sierra Joint Community College District (“District”) is seeking qualified Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firm(s) to provide Division of State Architects (DSA) Inspector of Record (IOR) Services; as the Inspector of Record, and as required to inspect various new construction and modernization projects throughout the District. The District may opt to establish a pool of qualified firms for award of one (1) or more contract(s). Funding will be a combination of Measure E bond funds or other non-bond related funds dependent upon the project and/or location. The requirements are further described in Section 6 – Scope of Services.
