Project Description: The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Security Paper for the Printing of Vital Records.
This RFP is a single award. The vendor who passes each evaluation stage with the highest total RFP score will be awarded.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 12 months.
