Dry Creek Parkway Irrigation and Landscape Construction

Project Description: Springville City is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of irrigation systems and installation of hydroseeding for Dry Creek Parkway located at 1325 South 950 West in Springville. This project involves comprehensive construction services including, but not limited to, design, installation, landscaping and irrigation infrastructure.
The total acreage of the proposed project area is approximately 3.1 acres. The Dry Creek Irrigation Parkway plan and concept is attached as Attachment A. (The work to be completed in this RFB is referred to as the “Project” herein.)
Specifications to the above list are more specifically described in this RFB.
This RFB is meant to obtain the above listed improvements or similarly equivalent improvements that will best meet Springville City’s Parks and Recreation Department’s desired vision for the park.
This is a similar RFB to an RFB Springville City issued in June 2025. The reason for reissuing the RFB is because the acreage in the June 2025 RFB was incorrect and the RFB documents had some other discrepancies. If you submitted to the similar RFB issued in June 2025, you will need to resubmit to this RFB to be considered to do the Project.
