Dry Creek Parkway Irrigation and Landscape Construction

Project Description: Springville City is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of irrigation and landscaping systems for Dry Creek Parkway located at 1325 South 950 West in Springville. This project involves comprehensive construction services including design, installation, landscaping and irrigation infrastructure.
The total acreage of the proposed project area is approximately 2.3 acres. The Dry Creek Irrigation Parkway plan and concept is attached as Attachment A.
Specifications to the above list are more specifically described in this RFB.
This RFB is meant to obtain the above listed improvements or similarly equivalent improvements that will best meet Springville City’s Parks and Recreation Department’s desired vision for the park.
A PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH will be held at the Dry Creek Parkway located at 1325 South 950 West Springville, UT 84663 on June 23, 2025 at 10am. During the Pre-Bid Walk-through the Scope of Work will be reviewed in detail. This meeting will allow prospective bidders to see the area, observe existing conditions, review project goals and objectives, and ask questions regarding the Scope of Work.
