AMENDMENT - RFP Deadline for Proposals is extended to Wednesday, October 15, 2025 by 2:00pm PST.


The County of Yolo is requesting Proposals from qualified Proposers to provide drug testing, screening and toxicology analysis services and related products (hereinafter collectively “services”) for the County Probation Department. All services shall be performed as specified in this RFP.


There is no minimum guarantee of purchase and all purchases will be made on an "as needed and requested" basis during the contract term.


The County reserves the right to allow additional County Departments to use any contract awarded, if this is in the best interest of the County. This may include also adding reasonably related services and products for any departments to the contract and/or creating additional contracts and purchases orders, against this procurement, to meet such critical need.


Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must have the ability to meet all the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFP.
