DRUG TESTING SERVICES

The County of Greenville is seeking sealed proposals for Drug Testing Services for various Greenville County Departments. The County desires to enter into a one (1) year contract with the possibility of four (4) annual renewals. Greenville County reserves the right to award to one or more vendors. Contract start date for this project will be July 1, 2025.

Drug Testing Services include frequent, random, and observed drug and alcohol screens for the 13th Judicial Circuit Solicitor's Drug Court Program and the Diversion Programs (Veteran’s Court, Mental Health Court, Pretrial Intervention, Alcohol Education Program). Participants in the Drug Court Programs are randomly tested 2-3 times per week throughout the duration of the 18- 24 month program. The maximum number of participants in this program is 35. Participants in the Veterans Treatment Court and Mental Health Court are tested weekly or at the discretion of the program coordinator at the vendor’s Location only. Drug Court, Veteran’s Court and Mental Health Court programs are responsible for the testing costs.

Participants in the Pretrial Intervention and the Alcohol Education programs are self-pay. Participants are randomly tested weekly, monthly or at the discretion of the program coordinators at the vendor’s location only. The total number of participants for both programs will vary from 400-600 participants per year.

Drug Testing Services for Greenville County Human Resources to provide drug and alcohol testing services including, but not limited to random, pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident testing, in accordance with all Federal, State, and County regulations and laws.
