Project Description: The City of Albuquerque invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for drug and alcohol testing services. The City’s objective is to solicit proposals from exceptionally qualified vendors experienced in providing a program for drug and alcohol testing to comply with Federal Department of Transportation regulations (49 CFR Part 40, Part 655, Part 382 and Part 199) and the City of Albuquerque Substance Abuse Policy for safety sensitive employees and reasonable suspicion testing for safety-sensitive and non-safety sensitive employees.
