Project Description: The County of Montgomery seeks to enter into a contract(s) with a firm or firm(s) to provide a system for evaluation, referrals, evidence based treatment services (cognitive behavioral therapy and other specialized services), as well as consultations for justice involved individuals who present with behavioral health needs.
