Description
The Community Relations Division is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide municipal scale outdoor evening drone services for large crowds at public events.
The duration of the contract awarded as a result of this RFP is expected to be one year from the date of execution of the agreement. These services shall commence after a contract is approved by the Executive Director. The number of drone shows during the one year agreement period depends on the rates and fees of the selected Consultant, as well as the needs of the Harbor Department.
