Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received either electronically at http://www.centralbidding.com or by delivery to Iberia Parish Government, in the Iberia Parish Council Chambers, 4th Floor of the Parish Courthouse Building, 300 Iberia Street, Suite 400, New Iberia, LA 70560, until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 11, 2024, for the purchase of:

(1) Drone for Iberia Parish Mosquito Abatement District

and the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time (LA R.S. §38:2214). Bids received after the specified time will not be considered.

The “Bidding Documents” may be examined and obtained at the following locations during the specified hours:

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 45-days after the time scheduled for the opening of bids. This provision shall not be subject to waiver (LA R.S. §38:2215).

The provisions and requirements stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity (LA R.S. §38:2212).
