| Description: | The Department of Licensing (DOL) is seeking qualified Applicants to provide driver license assistance and outreach support services to low-income, unlicensed Washington residents free of charge.The awarded Contractors shall deliver services under this Contract that assist unlicensed residents with navigating the licensure process and removing barriers to obtaining driver education and training and improve their skills, knowledge, and competencies. |
