Project 24-17.12 – Drilled Pier Foundations – Washington/Farrington

Road T-Line

Electronic, emailed and paper bids for the Drilled Pier Foundations –

Washington/Farrington Road T-Line project #24-17.12 for the City of Piqua, Ohio, will be

received until 1:00pm on Monday, October 19, 2026, at which time they will be opened

and the results read aloud and posted on the Bid Express system.

In general, the proposed work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and

equipment to construct the cast-in-place drilled pier foundations for the transmission

line structures for the Washington/Farrington Road T-Line Project for the City of Piqua,

Ohio.

Bids may be submitted via the following methods only:

1. Electronically via Bid Express - www.bidexpress.com - An electronic signature is

required along with a per-bid fee, or a monthly subscription fee for the Bidder to

submit an electronic bid.

2. Electronically via email, with the subject line stating DUE DATE and TIME, the

BID PACKAGE, and “DO NOT OPEN”

3. Hard copy, delivered in a sealed envelope marked as shown above.

Cross St. Findlay, OH 45840

Bids submitted in any manner other than those described above will not be accepted.

www.bidexpress.com for Bidders’ reference.

No Bidder shall withdraw their Bid after the actual opening thereof.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to

accept any Bid that is deemed by the City to be most favorable to the City.
