This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; firm, fixed-price quotes are being requested and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued.

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) requires drill supplies of bentonite grout, mud, sand, and high-swelling sodium bentonite time-release pellets to include transportation, off-loading, and delivery to the drill site in Newport, VA in accordance with the attached technical specifications and requirements, provisions, and clauses.

Please submit a firm, fixed price quote and a technical description of the product(s)/service(s) being offered in sufficient detail, including product literature, references, and any other necessary documents. Along with your quote, please also provide the following:
1. Signed, standard form (SF) 18
2. SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number
3. Place of manufacture for each type of supply item
4. Estimated delivery date

Quotations shall only be accepted by email to jongjoco@usgs.gov no later than June 12, 2025 at 1200 hours Eastern. Hardcopy shall not be accepted nor considered. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to check back periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. All amendments must be signed and included when the quote is submitted.
