Summary

Site Visit: A site visit will be held on 09/09/2025 at SCI at 5900 BIS Rd SW, Lancaster, OH 43130 to survey the facility and discuss the requirements of the solicitation.  The site visit will commence promptly at 8:00 AM EST, barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the site visit. Attendance will be taken. The State will not be responsible to an Offeror for its failure to obtain information discussed during the site visit due to its failure to attend and/or arriving after the site visit has convened.

Offerors must RSVP for the site visit by contacting Brian Browder by 09/02/25 at 8:00 AM EST at the following email brian.browder@das.ohio.gov during regular business hours to RSVP for the site visit. Offerors who do not RSVP by 09/02/25 at 8:00 AM EST will not be able to attend the site visit.

Offerors are allowed a maximum of two visitors for the site visit.

Summary: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a Contractor to supply raw materials and support for the Agency’s janitorial, laundry and personal care products manufacturing operation at the Southeastern Correctional Institution (SCI) in Lancaster Ohio.
