DRC LiveScan System Replacement

Update: Amendment 1 - update closing date from 1/8 to 1/14.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for an on-premises system (LiveScan System) to capture electronic fingerprints for the incarcerated population sentenced to Department of Rehabilitation and Correction facilities and provide those fingerprints to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) using BCI’s Livescan Electronic Ten-Print Interface Specification system as a Correctional Facility Ten-Print submission (CFR) record. This system will be deployed at the following three correctional intake facilities: Corrections Reception Center (CRC), Lorain Correctional Institution (LORCI) and Ohio Reformatory for Women (ORW). The Department of Rehabilitation and Correction will require three licenses and three scanners to be deployed and installed on Department of Rehabilitation and Correction provided equipment (desktop computers).

A couple items of note –
Chrome is the preferred browser for OhioBuys.

Only have a single window open that is logged into OhioBuys, having multiple windows opened to a single user can create an error, especially when trying to submit your proposal.
