Description: SUNY Fredonia intends to purchase Draper Walk Draw Divider Curtains utilizing the Sourcewell Contract 050924-DRP pursuant to its authority under Section 163 (3) (vi) of the State Finance Law, which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium in lieu of using a centralized contract and/or without a formal competitive bid process when justified by price. This procurement is subject to the NYS Lobby Law under State Finance Law ยง 139 J&K. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual that is listed below. Contacting any other individual(s) at SUNY Fredonia in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of NYS Finance Law.
