The Town of Auburn is soliciting bids for the repair and/or replacement of stormwater drainage systems in Auburn, MA 01501. The work shall include drainage pipe and structure installation, removal of existing drainage pipe and structures, erosion controls, paving, grading, and site restoration. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the 2 ^nd floor – Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 104 Central Street, Auburn MA. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting, or take the time to visit each site to familiarize themselves with the proposed work. The Bids will be received at the Selectmen's Office, 102 Central Street, Auburn, Massachusetts until 1:00 PM, local time, on August 22, 2025 at which time said Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 2 ^nd floor, 104 Central Street. Award of the contract will be given to the responsible contractor offering the quality of the project specified herein at the lowest price.  The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any bids if it deems it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
