Invitation to Bidders:
Austin Construction Group, Construction Manager for the Mount Ida School District, will be receiving bids for Drainage Repair, Mount Ida School District, Mount Ida, Arkansas.
Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. June 2, 2026, and should be emailed to bids@austincginc.com . There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be received and placed under review. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent of the Owner.

Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount for each bid that exceeds $35,000.00. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
