The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified engineering

firms for the Drainage Improvements at City Park project (the Project). The Project generally entails the

performance of field investigations and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the drainage watershed

associated with City Park, 5th Avenue, and Plain Avenue for the design of drainage improvements to

alleviate recurring flooding conditions at these locations.

A pre-submission conference call is scheduled for Monday, October 28th 2024 at 2:00 pm. Please use
