DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT – EAST OF THE FLORIDA TURNPIKE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed bids for the following work as specified:

The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed bids up to 10:45 P.M. EST, January 07, 2025 , via IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ . Proposals received after 10:45 P.M. will not be considered.

The intent of this project is to eliminate the flow of runoff from the Turnpike into the City’s R/W and improve drainage infrastructure within the City’s R/W. The project area spans from just North of NW 12th Street to just South of NW 18th Court, in Lauderhill. The proposed system will be divided into three phases: Phase 1 is located South of the existing City’s R/W for access, which is located between NW 12th CT and NW 16th CT. Phase 2 is located North of the existing access, located between NW 16th CT and NW 18th CT and Phase 3 is located South of Phase 1, between NW 11th PL and NW 12th CT. The proposed Exfiltration Trench will be located along the East side of Florida Turnpike and about 12 feet from the existing wall within the City ROW, and it will also connect with existing inlets along NW 50th AVE and NW 51st AVE.

The statement of the work may be obtained on and after November 22, 2024 at the IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net . Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from other sources than IonWave are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. Furthermore, all addendums will be posted and disseminated by the Purchasing Division on IonWave.

Questions regarding the technical requirements of this BID should be directed to Purchasing Division via IonWave. Questions must be submitted later than ten (10) days or before the closing date.

A non- mandatory pre-bid conference has been scheduled for December 19 2024 at 10:00 AM.
