if using an outside delivery and/or messenger services (i.e.by Federal Express, UPS, ect.), Please note the following: The Township will not be responsible for deliveries made prior to or after normal business hours, or to any other office. Name of bid must appear on the outside of the FEDEX/UPS envelope. Your Company Name must appear on the Outside of the  envelope . (TOWNSHIP BUILDINGS BUILDINGS ARE CLOSED  DAILY FROM 12:20pm-1:30pm.)
