DPW Garage Construction

Tyngsborough- The Town of Tyngsborough is seeking sealed bids for the DPW Pre-Engineered Metal Building project which will see the construction of a pre-engineered metal building as further outlined in the bid docs. The scope of work will include steel beams and columns, secondary framing such a girts and purlins but not limited to metal wall and roof panels, insulation, and gutters. Bids will be available beginning on October 16, 2024 at tyngsboroughma.gov/bids.aspx. A pre-bid walkthrough will take place on site at 89 Kendall Road on October 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Sealed bids are due no later than November 6, 2024 at 10:00 AM at which time they will be opened publicly.
