Summary

Update #3: Round 4, Amendment 3 to update the following: Update #2: Round 3, Amendment 2 - to update the Standard Terms and Conditions link in Part 4 on page 62 of the RFP.

Update #1: Round 2, Amendment 1 - update closing time from 12:00AM to 1:00PM on May 7, 2025.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a single point of contact call center, available 24/7/365, with qualified live technicians to answer and respond to telephone calls and emails, monitor dashboards and alerts, respond according to established procedures and assist with production control.

A couple items of note –
Chrome is the preferred browser for OhioBuys.
