Description

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s division of Emergency Communication Networks (“DPS-ECN”) is seeking proposals from qualified responders to deliver in-person cybersecurity training events tailored for Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”) staff, specifically Public Safety Telecommunicators (PSTs) and PSAP Information Technology (IT) staff. The purpose of the anticipated training occasions is to provide hands-on exercises, scenario-based instruction, peer discussion, and expert guidance. The awarded contractor will conduct up to, but not exceeding, eight (8) identical, single-day (8-hour) in-person training sessions, delivered at different locations within selected Minnesota regions (i.e., Metro, Central, Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, South Central, Southeast). The anticipated training sessions will be delivered primarily during the first quarter of calendar year 2026, with potential to schedule in the second quarter of calendar year 2026 as requested by the State.
