REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) invites sealed proposals from homeless service providers to deliver essential food, shelter, and supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness during periods of hazardous weather.
Sealed Proposals, marked SEALED PROPOSAL- Innovative Homeless Solutions will be received until 11:00 a.m.December 15, 2025 at the City Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be recorded.
