Description: The Department of Administration (DOA) serves as the business manager for North Carolina State government and provides leadership to State government for the effective, efficient, economical, and equitable delivery of services to the public. The department also aids and services several advocacy programs that serve diverse segments of the State’s population that have traditionally been underserved. The Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C) is the strategic force to provide the State’s entities with a catalog of Statewide Term Contracts (STC) that provide for an encompassing organized and efficient manner to pool resources to provide goods and services. The State through the Department of Administration (DOA) Division of Purchase and Contract (P&C) is seeking qualified Vendors to establish a Statewide Term Contract to Furnish & Deliver a comprehensive multiple manufacturer’s product line for NEW, unused and in current production Art Supplies & Materials on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by the North Carolina State departments, agencies, and higher education institutions during the contract period in the following general categories: · CATEGORY A - ARTS EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES· CATEGORY B - CRAFTS GENERAL· CATEGORY C - CRAFTS - SPECIALIZED· CATEGORY D - EDUCATIONAL GAMES
