Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to research, draft, and finalize a Downtown Historic Core plan that provides a historical background as well as guidelines and recommendations for preserving Tempe’s historic downtown built environment and “feel” while encouraging and accommodating new development. The Downtown Historic Core Plan will require approval by the Tempe Historic Preservation Commission and Development Review Commission and adoption by City Council.
