This Project will demolish the existing curbing, mill the asphalt, and

remove the existing stormwater on 1st St NW and Government Ave SW,

and install new stormwater, concrete curb, gutter, and asphalt in

accordance with the plans and speciﬁcations prepared by City of Hickory

– Engineering Department, titled “Downtown Streetscapes.” All permits

and fees are to be included.
