Description

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, applicably licensed and insured, and experienced contractor to complete the removal and replacement of the Bentonville Downtown Square Fountain Lighting System. The work is expected to include but not be limited to the

removal of existing lighting fixtures and wiring, inspection and recoating of fountain liner, and installation of new wiring and LED Lighting Fixtures (LED 040010) for the Bentonville Downtown Square Fountain, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department.

Date: March 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM CDT

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, located at 100 North Main St Bentonville, AR 72712. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM sharp.
