25-3900 Downtown Roadway Improvements

The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Downtown Roadway Improvements. The construction limits of this project extend approximately 1.4 miles in length starting at the intersection of Pendleton Street and Mason Street extending east down Pendleton Street to the intersection with Vardry/South Main Street. An alternate bid will continue north up South Main Street to the intersection with Augusta Street.

The proposed scope of work includes traffic control, street resurfacing, grading, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, traffic signal upgrades, landscaping, pavement marking removal and new pavement markings. The project includes a base bid and an alternate bid.
