Downtown Redevelopment Infrastructure, Phase 1A, Project No. 1-03843.04

Project Description: Hunt Waco Downtown Development Partners, LLC (Developer), as Master Developer for the Waco Downtown Redevelopment project invites you to submit a competitive sealed proposal (CSP) for the improvements on the Project Site known as the Barron’s Branch District and adjacent streets and rights of way described in the Issued for Bidding (IFB) Design Package titled Downtown Redevelopment Infrastructure, Phase 1A, dated April 2026 and prepared by Walker Partners, LLC (Engineer).
CSPs for all work, including furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for construction indicated in the IFB Design Package will be received from qualified contractors until 2:00 pm Central on June 16, 2026.
The Project will be awarded to Offeror providing best value to Owner based on a number of factors including cost, experience of contractor, and prior work performance. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided in Proposal Documents and accompanied by a Proposal Security (like a bid bond, or similar) in the penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of base proposal amount, payable without recourse to Owner.
