Inquiry Period: Written questions from prospective bidders are to be received in the online OpenGov procurement portal by August 6, 2026, 10:00am.

RTD will send responses to written questions, if any, to all prospective bidders through RTD's online procurement portal on August 14, 2026, 10:00am

Bids due: Bids must be received through RTD's online procurement portal: August 18, 2026, 10:00am all bids will be Publicly open and read via Teams at the link provided in the solicitation.

The Contractor must have truck mounted self-sufficient hot water pressure washing equipment, RTD will not supply power only water hook ups for re-filling at either location. The Contractor shall provide weekly, monthly, semi-annual, for on-call power washing and wet sweeping services (Tenant M-30 or Equivalent) as specified in this Scope of Work

Payments are anticipated to be made on a Fixed Price basis

Period of Performance shall commence on the date of the Notice to Proceed and shall continue for One base year, with Four One-year options. If awarded the contract there is no guarantee that any option years will be executed.

Award of a Contract from this IFB will be based upon Best Value and competitive proposal procedures.

This project has been assigned no SBE Goal.

With all of that out of the way I will hand it over to the project manager Clarence Pauls and let him go over the project in more detail. Then walk through the facility.
