Downtown Pickleball Court Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Wynne, Arkansas will receive sealed bids for the Downtown Pickleball Court Project. Sealed bids shall be received by the City of Wynne at:
City of Wynne, Attn: Meredith McKnight, 206 S. Falls BLVD, Wynne, Arkansas 72396
until 10:00am on June 9, 2026, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Wynne City Hall, 206 S. Falls BLVD, Wynne AR 72396.
The proposed project generally consists of demolition, site preparation, concrete construction, pickleball court construction, fencing, landscaping, utility connections, recreational amenities, and related improvements for the City of Wynne Downtown Pickleball Court Project.

Bidders shall clearly mark the outside of the sealed envelope: “SEALED BID – DOWNTOWN PICKLEBALL COURT PROJECT.” Bidders must hold all licenses, certifications, and permits required by the State of Arkansas for the performance of the work described in the specifications.
The City of Wynne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the city and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional bids. The City of Wynne encourages participation from minority-owned, women-owned, and small business enterprises.
