Downtown Parking Study

The City of Woodstock (the “City”), acting by and through the Economic Development Department, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain professional transportation planning and parking analysis services for the completion of a comprehensive, technical Downtown Parking Study.

All parties intending to submit a proposal under this RFP must contact the Procurement Contact listed above to provide an email address by not later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31. That address will be used for official communications from the City, including notice of any addendums.

Note: Questions and request for clarifications related to items requested in this document must be submitted in writing, via email, to the procurement contact by the date specified above. The subject line of the email should read DOWNTOWN PARKING STUDY RFP QUESTION, an email responding “Received” will be sent in response. If you do not receive this email, please call to confirm receipt of your questions 815-338-31763. All questions and requests for clarification received will be answered in an Addendum Document. The document will be sent to all parties intending to submit a proposal.
