Downtown Master Plan (RFP)

The City of Woodstock (the “City”), acting by and through the Economic Development Department is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide consulting services for the development of a comprehensive and cohesive Downtown Master Plan aimed at enhancing Downtown Woodstock, supporting future development, preserving cultural assets, and ensuring alignment with the City’s broader strategic vision.

All parties intending to submit a proposal under this RFP must contact the Procurement Contact listed above to provide an email address by not later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, January 15th. That address will be used for official communications from the City, including notice of any addendums.

Note: Questions and requests for clarifications related to items requested in this document must be submitted in writing, via email, to the procurement contact by not later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, January 22nd. The subject line of the email should read DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN RFP QUESTION. An email responding “Received” will be sent in response. If you do not receive this email, please call (815) 338-3176 to confirm the receipt of your questions. All questions and requests for clarification received will be answered in an Addendum Document. The document will be sent to all parties intending to submit a proposal.
