RFP 25-07 DOWNTOWN LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida is seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Maintenance Contractor to perform GENERAL LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE SERVICES IN THE DOWNTOWN DISTRICT in Fernandina Beach, Florida.

The City of Fernandina Beach will receive sealed competitive responses for requirements for the following until no later than 2:00pm, July 29, 2025.

A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00AM(EST), July 1, 2025, at the City of Fernandina Beach City Hall, 204 Ash Street, Fernandina Beach, FL  32034.

As of June 1, 2025, The City of Fernandina Beach will be using the DemandStar E-bidding platform for the notification and distribution of the City’s bid documents.  Vendors should submit responses through the DemandStar website at www.demandstar.com.  The City asks that all vendors register with DemandStar for notification of open bids. To register, please go to www.demandstar.com/registration . On the registration form, enter the required information and be sure to select the City of Fernandina Beach as your Free Agency Registration.
