Description:
The City of Greenville, SC, Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department is requesting proposals from qualified Professional Holiday Decorators for the creative design and installation of seasonal holiday decor in downtown Greenville. The City is requesting proposals with a variety of decoration options along Main Street, as well as a variety of design options for the different plazas, including large scale holiday motifs. Decor is meant to appeal to spectators in the day and night, as well as compliment year-round string lights that are currently in the trees lining Main Street.

The City of Greenville has an annual operating budget for this project of $65,000. The contract for these services will be for an initial term of one year, with the option of two (2) additional annual renewals.

Proposals will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, August 27, 2025. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., August 13, 2025.
