The City of Anacortes (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a Downtown Framework Plan for Commercial Avenue spanning from 12th Street to 3rd Street. The objective of this plan is to provide a comprehensive vision and design options that align with the goals set forth in the 2016 Comprehensive Plan, including improved pedestrian and bicycle safety, enhanced streetscape elements, economic development, historic preservation, event promotion, and the creation of public gathering spaces.
