Project Description: This project consists of interior upgrades, including restroom upgrades with corresponding plumbing upgrades, flooring replacement, interior slab repairs and slab stabilization. The exterior upgrades within this project include window replacements, minor roof edge repairs, exterior wall repairs, existing tree pruning, and existing sidewalk replacement at noted locations.
