Dover Township Building Alterations - General, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Contracts

Project Description: Sealed bids for additions to Dover Township Municipal Building will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Dover Township located in Dover Township, York County, Pennsylvania until 12:00 PM, Tuesday, February 11th, 2025.
A summary of bids received will be displayed on PennBid one (1) month after bid opening, the time of which is listed in the Invitation to Bid. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award.
Copies of Bidding Documents for Dover Township Building Addition is available online at no cost from https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. The Bidding Documents includes four (4) prime contracts as follows: Contract No. 1-General Construction, Contract No. 2-Plumbing Construction, Contract No. 3-HVAC Construction, and Contract No. 4-Electrical Construction.
The Dover Township Board of Supervisors has authorized mulá group to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Dover Township.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Dover Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Additional documents to be provided by each bidder with their bid are Contractor Integrity, Non-Collusion Affidavit of Contractor, Non-Discrimination Clause, and Contractor Qualifications Statement.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 1:00PM at the Dover Township Municipal Building (2480 West Canal Road, Dover, Pennsylvania, 17315.)
Notice is given that this construction work, for which bids are being solicited, is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247.
The Contract Time for this project is 365 calendar days.
Dover Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
