SEALED BIDS for construction of DOVER OUTDOOR RECREATION AREA BICYCLE PARK for the CITY OF JOPLIN, MISSOURI will be received by the CITY OF JOPLIN, MISSOURI at Public WorksDepartment, 602 South Main Street, Joplin, Missouri, until 10:00 A.M. prevailing local time, November 8, 2024. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the 4th Floor Conference Room at this same address.

The Project involves improvements across the 95-acre Dover Outdoor Recreation Area including parking lots, lighting, a bridge, 10 miles of bike trails, pavilions, a children's bike park, and other bike-centric amenities.

Copies of the plans and specifications are on file and may be viewed at the office of the Director of Public Works located at 602 S. Main Street, 4th floor. Plans are available for online download at the City’s Bid Posting Portal: https:// www.joplinmo.org/bids.aspx There is no charge to download documents from the City portal.
