Project Description: Windsor Township will receive sealed bids online for the Double Bituminous Seal Coat of Balthaser, Strausser & Christman Roads as delineated in the specifications. Online sealed bids are to be submitted via the PennBid Program before April 14, 2026 at 10:00AM. They will be opened and read aloud at the Board of Supervisors meeting at 7:00PM that evening.
