(1) SOURCES SOUGHT
This sources sought notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This sources sought notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government is not seeking proposals at this time. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts.
The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified business sources (small business and other than small business) to perform a potential requirement. The sources sought respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or costs incurred in response to this sources sought notice. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought notice will be solely an expense of the respondent. Not responding to this sources sought notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
A sources sought notice is used by federal agencies to identify potential contractors capable of performing specific requirements before a solicitation is issued. - Company name, address, and UEI number
- Business size and socio-economic status (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.)
- Core capabilities and years of relevant experience
B. Core Capabilities Aligned to Requirement
This section should directly map your capabilities to the anticipated tasks in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
C. Technical Approach
Describe briefly how your company would perform the work.
D. Relevant Similar Experience
Provide concise but quantified examples of relevant past work.
E. Contact Information
List the company point of contact with email, phone, and title.
2. REVIEW AND FEEDBACK ON THE DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
The DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the project’s purpose, scope of work, performance objectives, deliverables, and measurable outcomes. Your input is critical to ensure the PWS accurately reflects the operational requirements, aligns with organizational goals, and adheres to applicable federal standards and performance metrics.
In particular, feedback on the following areas is appreciated:
- Clarity and completeness of the work scope and performance objectives.
- Feasibility of proposed timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Performance standards and metrics — whether they are measurable, realistic, and aligned with expected outcomes.
- Compliance considerations, including any statutory, policy, or regulatory requirements that should be incorporated.
- Opportunities for improvement in formatting, structure, or readability.
Provide your consolidated comments as one document or use track changes in the Word document so the CDC can review, consider, and incorporate any appropriate revisions.
